Privacy Policy

Ajentify may collect account information such as your email address when you register or sign in. The service also processes the prompts, form inputs, and generated outputs you submit while using the tools.

If you choose to save supported work, Ajentify may store profile details, blog drafts, resume content, and verified typing-session metrics with your account. Anonymous typing sessions are not added to account history.

If you contact us directly, we may receive the information you include in your email or message, such as your name, email address, and support request.

We use submitted data to provide tool functionality, support account access, save profile information where applicable, maintain the service, and improve the product experience.

We do not describe every internal operational use in detail here, but we do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

Ajentify relies on third-party providers to operate the service. Those providers may process prompts, account information, or request data as needed to deliver authentication, storage, hosting, analytics, or AI generation features.

Current integrations in this project include Supabase for authentication and profile storage, Vercel Analytics for site analytics, and AI providers used by the generation APIs. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Tool inputs needed for generation are sent to the configured AI provider. Avoid submitting secrets, identity documents, health records, financial account numbers, or privileged material unless you have the right and a clear need to do so. Ajentify cannot guarantee that an AI result is accurate or confidential.

Ajentify uses browser storage for limited interface state and short-lived typing practice caches. Sensitive document workflows are designed not to keep document text as ordinary long-lived browser history; a resume preview can use a time-limited, one-time browser handoff between the editor and preview route.

Server-side AI content logging is disabled by default in this deployment code. If operational logging is enabled, records are redacted unless content logging is separately enabled by the operator. Do not rely on this setting as a reason to submit information that is not necessary for the task.

Ajentify uses analytics tooling to understand site usage and performance. The site may also use advertising-related technologies, including Google AdSense, if ads are served on eligible pages.

Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Advertising scripts are disabled unless the deployment enables them, and eligible visitors are shown an allow-or-decline choice before the script loads. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is treated as a decline by the site interface.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain records tied to account or support activity.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We use third-party platforms and reasonable administrative measures, but you should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal or confidential information unless it is necessary.

Ajentify is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review and address the request.

You can decline advertising when prompted, sign out to end the active account session, and clear browser storage through your browser settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of account or contact data, email us from the address associated with the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
